my junior told me that Sushi King in Malaysia outlets are not halal
well.. it's true that SK don't have certification from being halal from JAKIM (as they also provide alcohol drinks to their customer) and only claimed themselves selling pork-free foods
they also claimed that their meat based products like chicken and beef are halal ceritified and they do not use any pork or pork derivatives in their restaurant
however, there are some of the SK meals do have mirin contents (sweet Japanese cooking wine) such as Ikura, Mamakari, Unagi, Karei Nitsuke set and Soba Misoni set..
this one we should beware of!

tul2.kadang tu kita tak tau...and just dok pertikai, awat la dok kata tak halal, padahal sushi tu ikan.
and owh yer...curry rice dia pun tak halal. Dia guna curry cube vermont tu, and yang vermont curry cube tu masuk beef and chicken extract. sini beef ngan chicken mana ada semelih2 so extract dia tak halal lah.

kalau rasa di hati itu ragu2 baik elaklah..tapi kalau confident yang makanan kite itu tiada unsur2 haram, jadi teruskanlah niat anda itu ok?

b4 ni dah makan banyak dah pulak tu.
haih..nak buat cemana.
nasib baik sushi kat JJ pun sedap.
well..faridah, tak sume makanan kat sushi king tu tak halal (yang listed above tu).. ade sushi yang masih boleh dimakan..:)
dah dpt berita camtu, terus ragu2 la Qila. tak berani lah.
kalau ragu2 memang elok dielakkan terus :)
