Magna Carta Day, Radish picking & Plate Painting

last weekend happened to be another joyful weekend for me and hubby
di samping pergi sampling dan kemudian hantar samples back to the lab we also managed to attend the Magna Carta Day fair organised by the town society
jadi jalan utama ke Hight Street ditutup dan banyak gerai2 dan stage dibuka untuk jualan dan persembahan jalanan
pelbagai aktiviti dianjurkan di sini sehingga jam 4 petang

saya juga tidak ketinggalan menandatangani petisyen Greenpeace untuk menghalang tumpahan minyak yang berleluasa di Canada...

.... dan juga sempat bergambar dengan en. badut yang sudi buatkan flower balloon untuk saya..weeeee.. :)

dan untuk makan malam, hubby dah mula picking radish yang dahpun mature di garden..it's good to have meals from our own vegetable garden

and yesterday, we went for plate painting on the afternoon kat tempat yang sama kami buat squished plate at the previous day.. saya decorate satu plate dan hubby pun lukis satu plate
it took awhile for hubby to finish his masterpiece- sebab expert sangat dan terlalu detail
and i managed to finish mine within 4 hours only!! haha

another good hobby to release my tension while writing for my annual review report... hehe!

My Water Moments

woot! woot! another competiton for Nuffnangers!..
when it comes to water, nothing can compared to my splish-splash undergrad memories back then
my previous BSc degreee was on Conservation and Management of Biodiversity, so diving at sea, hiking to the top of mountain, camping in the forest were just part of our field trips actually
talking about my water moments -- i can say that they are pretty diverse..

this is the picture during our class study trip to Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary, Pahang. I was wearing orange t-shirt(2 from left) and this activity was called 'bathing with the elephant'.. if you see the black t-shirt man was pulling the rope on the elephant to get him in the middle of the river and after a few minutes.....buuuuuuum!!! the elephant went down to the river and you could imagined what had happened to us after that, couldn't you?? heheh!

well.. this picture was taken when i was in Kapas Island, Terengganu. They are cute, aren't they? Yet, people keep torturing and disturbing them!!

Oh, this picture was taken during sunset by one of my friends while we had done our diving courses at Bidong Island, Terengganu.. They were lucky because i did brought my cikai underwater camera so that they can have this memorable picture captured!! hehe..btw, i couldn't tracked myself in the picture because it was too dark.. yeah, blame the camera!! haha

my underwater pose... this time i wasn't brave enough to let go off my hand from the rope.. but in the end, i managed to do that... tak percaya? let's see the next picture..



told ya? hehe..

i wish i had another chance to go diving next time.. and of course to bring the latest and advance underwater camera so that my picture would turn out clearly and I could take as many poses as I want.. like all-new Sony TX5 camera
well..they are not just underwater friendly, they are shock-proof, temperature-proof and dust-proof as well!
as for people who are much creative to make the scene more attractive and fun, they can use the Sweep Panorama application that already included in the Sony TX5 camera
what more could you ask from a single model!






if i were about to buy one of these, you'll know which colour would i pick, wouldn't you??

the house

haluu...!
selepas lama memerap post ni, akhirnya tibalah masanya untuk show-off our new rented house..huhu
ala...kecik je rumah saya ni, tapi Alhamdulillah, selesa untuk kami berdua kat sini
yang penting the house in on the ground..takyah susah2 lagi nak panjat flat 3 tingkat sebelum ni.. sewa rumah pun sama je, tapi yang ni lagi berbaloila..

ni pandangan hadapan rumah kitorang.. rumah kami sebelah bawah, dan tingkat atas, rumah orang lain plak.. tapi entrance kitorang lain2...


pandangan sebelah kanan pintu masuk ke rumah.. dari dulu saya suke tingkap rumah yang tinggi dan double-glazing ni.. last2 dapat juga rumah yang ada window-style macam ni.. syukur2!


pandangan sebelah kiri pintu masuk rumah..laluan ke patio dan garden.. nampak tak pokok2 bunga bersangkut-sangkutan di dinding itu? Ya, itula koleksi orkid hubby yang selama ini terperap dalam flat sebab takde external space untuk display.. no more worries now! harap orkid2 papa sihat dan berbunga kat sini... :)
