Anyway, i'm back in Malaysia, for good. Alhamdulillah.
coming back for good means -- i have completed my PhD -- yes, passed my viva, without correction on the 24th June. Again Alhamdulillah.
insyaAllah akan cerita pengalaman viva hari itu di lain hari, di blog lagi satu.. huu

Assalamualaikum Kak, nak tnya kalau akak ada contact person yang boleh tolong carikan rumah sewa di egham surrey. Me and my husband nak fly to uk this coming sept. husband sambung master. But until now susah nak dapat rumah.

Kalau ikutkan, it's a bit late to find a place yang suitable dengan ur budget, confortable and nearer to campus right at this moment sebab september is also the beginning of new term of the year, where you'll be competing with the returning undergrads yang turut cari accomodation to stay. Landlords/Estate agents biasanya dah advertise available properties since end of last term lagi -- last May/June, tapi kadang2 tengok rezeki masing2 jugak. Ada yang senang dapat, ada yang susah. Saya akui emang ambil masa nak cari tempat tinggal kat sini especially off-campus sebab laku sangat macam goreng pisang panas.. :)

From those links, you guys can get some ideas about the renting price, layout property etc dan kalau berkenan mana2 boleh contact any of the agents via email atau direct call to secure the place. For International students, those agents normally require 6 months advance deposit, or a UK guarantor. Kalau student under any goverment scholarship yang ada financial affidavit, they are only required to pay less deposit and the rest of the rent can be paid monthly, atatupun bergantung pada terms yang dikenakan pihak landlord/estate agent.
