c.o.o.k.i.n.g time!

the title sounds like bizarre kan? haha.. i was actually been trying to cook a new recipe of fusilli/pasta rather than what we usually have like bolognaise, black pepper, mac in cheese, olio e aglio et cetera

the idea suddenly went out of the head when i was at Tesco at the pasta/sauces isle 

i saw this Dolmio Pasta Bake sauce and i was like "why didn't i think of it before?"

looking at the cooking instructions, i could say that this is an easy-peesy work.. nak buat or taknak buat je.. huu

so, there i was, in the kitchen doing pasta baked for papa's lunch

have the fusillis boiled, got a few salamis chopped and pan-fried and then i've mixed them both with the pasta bake sauce.. i told you, it is easy..hee.. no need to put salt as the salamis are already salty in flavour.. kalau orang putih guna bacon kan.. so for us, salami is the substitute for it.. beware, go for the halal one yeah? ;)

i think i'd remember at one of my post i did mentioned about using bacon in our meal..but it was actually salami that i want to refer to.. sorry..hehe

introducing the salami.. kat sini ade turkey salami, beef and chicken... rasa die sama macam pepperoni (daging bentuk bulat) yang letak atas pizza toppings tu.. letak dalam burger pun sedap jugak! do we have halal salami in Malaysia supermarket? setakat ni tak jumpa lagi

i've sprinkled the slices of salami on top of the pasta in the oven-proof dish before pouring down the sauce 

then, give it a little bit of a mix....

the pasta right before i put it in the oven.. i have grated some parmesan cheese on top of it to get that extra cheesy feeling.. drooling~~

voila! siap! sorry tadak final picture to show you. too busy cutting them out into papa's lunch box as he was ready to go to his workplace :)) but will show you later if i made any and not rushing into things..hee
